Shipping Policy
Online shipping charge is $15.00 minimum for items that ship FedEx.
You must provide the appropriate sales tax exemption or resale certification to qualify for tax exemption. Otherwise, state sales tax will be added in the states of AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI and WV. This list of sales tax states is subject to change at any time. If you are a new customer, your sales tax exemption or resale certificate must be sent with the Customer Information Sheet (CIS) before or with your first order in order to establish tax-exempt status. If we do not have your current sales tax exemption or resale certificate on file we must charge sales tax on your orders. We cannot subsequently remove sales tax charges from orders that are processed before your sales tax exemption or resale certificate is on file.

Email us for shipping and handling quotes if you are located outside the contiguous 48 states. If you are tax exempt and have not ordered from us before, please be sure to include your tax exempt certificate. We gladly ship to foreign destinations. However, quoted shipping rates will not include duties, taxes, or tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by us and require return authorization. Call for a return authorization number. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of return authorization issue date; otherwise the return will not be eligible for credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or it was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. Items may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product. The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns. We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation or improper storage.
